Acquisition by Total Triumph Investments Limited (“Total Triumph”) of the entire equity interest in Bright Steel Sdn Bhd (“BSSB”) from Parkson Holdings Bhd ("Parkson Holdings") (formerly known as Amalgamated Containers Berhad). Total Triumph is a subsidiary of Lion Corporation Berhad ("LCB") which is a substantial shareholder of the Company. Parkson Holdings has ceased to be a subsidiary of LCB. Total Triumph is deemed to have an interest in the shares of the Company by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50 held by Omali Corporation Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSSB.

Amsteel Corporation Bhd ("Amsteel") ceased to have a deemed interest in the shares of the Company by virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act, Cap 50 held by Omali Corporation Sdn Bhd ("Omali"). Amsteel disposed of its 28.9% interest in Amalgamated Containers Bhd ("ACB") which holds 100% interest in Omali, pursuant to the take-over offer of ACB by Lion Corporation Bhd.
